I found the characters to be entertaining and funny. The storyline in the beginning had some low and high points. Some parts of the storyline was...emotional, and I was not expecting something so intense within the storyline. Overall, Jesse is a true hero and Susan, the perfect heroine for him. The sibling relationship between Jaime and Susan, great chemistry. I did find a few errors, but they did not take away from the storyline or the character's chemistry. Good story, the 5 stars in how the author managed to touch on a sensitive subject and resolve the issue. HEA ending to a wonderful story. Happy Reading! *****vrnb*****

I’d had a short story in mind since I hadn’t written in quite a few years. A unique twist on the mail order bride take, I thought it would be fun to have a man not know what he was in for by marrying a stranger. And to complicate things for him even more, he was required to become a farmer. An occupation he hadn’t a clue about.
The woman he married presented a challenge, but it was just what he needed to gain purpose and meaning in his life.
